But is somebody knows how to arrive by us or train from Conques to Toulouse or to Carcassonne or to Bergerac ?
When I have a few weeks of holliday next spring I want to make the traject St Etienne (Le Puy) to Concques.

Sorry I don't know the specifics of how to do this, but I know that people did do it, but with difficulty. Conques is not a place with a lot of public transport connections. I heard people talking about taking a bus in the morning to somewhere and then waiting most of the day for their onward train connection. Other people paid quite a bit for a taxi. However, imo Conques is a magical place and well worth all that trouble!

From the Conques tourist site I got this information which suggests taking a taxi:
