Can you recommend a hotel in Santiago?

Postby nidarosa on 22 May 2008, 11:49

Hi, we will be landing in Santiago late at night and going into the city - can anyone recommend a nice, not too expensive place for the night for two people? We are getting up to sort our pilgrim passports out the next day, and then going up to Ferrol to walk the Camino Ingles, and it would be great to know where to go to get a bed straight away. Santiago is too big to start researching every hostel when there are people out there in the know ... Very grateful for any suggestions!

All the best,
LM

I can recommend Hostal Suso which was I think on Rua de Villar quite close to the Pilgrim Office. It was reasonably priced.
