lacing of the shoes

Postby lanval on 02 Apr 2008, 20:48

I've been having some issues with pain on the top of my feet. It was suggested that I change the lacing method. I did so, and it really seems to help.

I found a very useful web site that has dozens of ways to lacing shoes and boots that I thought might be useful to others:

Lacing methods for eyeslet shoes
Lacing methods for lug shoes
cheers,
