Porto to Santiago end October begining November

Hi,
I'm starting to make plans to walk Porto to Santiago, and in terms of work and family commitments the best time would be late October & into November. Does any one know
What is the weather likely to be then?
Will accommodation places have closed?
What flights to the UK will there be from Santiago? I can't find Ryanair flights later than end October. Is it that they haven't got their timetable up yet or don't they run the service in the winter?
Advice on this (or anything else) would be gratefully received.
