"La vuelta" is Spain's answer to Tour de France and it will be starting August 30th and will have several stages along the Camino Frances and Camino del Norte.

Have a look at the map on the La Vuelta website.

hehe... yeah.. I remember in 2005 when walking into León I was suddenly in the middle of La Vuelta... - I very surprised on how fast they pass by...

From my diary Tuesday 13. september 2005
"Suddenly I was in the middle of the “Vuelta España” and I had to cross the road… right now it is practically impossible. What a lot of cars with advertisements on… and accompanying cars… all that belongs to such a bicycle race. People were lining the main road… and stood waiting. First came all the accompanying cars… and there are many!!!! Then the police cars… and I just managed to cross the road… more police… and finally… the racing cyclists…and in less than 5 seconds they had passed and were gone…"
Buen Camino
